Penn State Altoona Golf Supports Fight Against Breast Cancer

10/12/2017 — In the month of October, the Penn State Altoona golf team and head coach Tom Koehle have been showing their support for the fight against breast cancer through involvement with "Real Men Wear Pink," an initiative from the American Cancer Society that challenges participants to wear pink clothing every day of the month while raising money and awareness to benefit the cause.

The Lions golf program is raising funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society's battle against breast cancer. During the team's three events in October, the team members and Coach Koehle wore pink golf shirts to show their support. Additionally, Coach Koehle is wearing pink every day of the month.
